本文通过综合调查,对燃煤污染型氟中毒提出采用改灶降氟的预防措施。该灶利用盖板密闭、高烟囱排烟方法来降低室内空气、食物含氟量,经十五口灶212份样品测定结果表明,改灶后较改灶前室内空气中氟浓度平均下降83.5%,玉米平均氟含量下降62.9%,成人每日摄氟量减少63.5%。在这种燃煤污染所致的病区,采用改灶降氟的主导措施,同时注意盖板密闭、抽风良好、燃烧完全三个条件,将有助于预防该病的发生。
This article through a comprehensive survey, the coal-based fluorosis poisoning proposed to use stoves to prevent fluoride measures.
