企业的社会责任是学者、企业家以及社会长期关注的一个问题。笔者长期从事企业管理与高校教学工作,一直以动态的、立体的思维,关注企业的社会责任问题。鉴于我国目前存在的越来越严重的企业问题,本文从法律、道德两个层面对企业责任进行分析,尤其对企业的道德责任以及道德责任的监控提出了自己的主张。笔者建议把企业拟人化,赋予其以人成长的思维,以社会成员的身份,根据企业成长的不同阶段、企业的不同地位、企业享有的不同权利,来对企业确认、主张和要求其承担各种社会责任。
Corporate social responsibility is a long-term concern for scholars, entrepreneurs and the community. The author has long been engaged in business management and university teaching, has been dynamic, three-dimensional thinking, concerned about the corporate social responsibility issues. In view of the more and more serious corporate problems in our country, this article analyzes the corporate responsibility from two aspects of law and morality, especially puts forward our own opinions on the corporate moral responsibility and the monitoring of moral responsibility. The author proposes to humanize the enterprise, give it the thinking of growing up, identify, claim and require the enterprise as the members of society according to the different stages of enterprise growth, the different status of the enterprise and the different rights enjoyed by the enterprise Social responsibility.
