在五十年代,我们林业的财会工作处于制度松驰,管理混乱,损失惊人的被动局面,直至1962年初才开始推行基层独立核算.这一改革,沿袭了22年(1962~1983)之久,收效良好. 要改进企业管理,搞好基层核算,提高财会人员的素质居于重要地位.可是,林业系统上无对口学校输送,下无师资力量培训,财会人员成了无源之水,需要时就从行管人员中拉伕凑数,这些人既无基础理论,又无专业知识,更谈不上发挥财会工作的职能作用.为了改变这种现象,我们下决心走自力更生,自学成才之路.20多年来,采用现场练兵,以会代训、短期培训等多种形式的学习班50余
