规模精炼的美国海事海商法律教育在专业设置方面非常灵活,普通法案例的教学方法和完备的研究资料确保该科法学教育的成功。海事海商法学知识具有相当的专业化,甚至于显得有某种封闭性,但同时不能忽略其知识结构的综合性,能够与其他重要的法律部门相得益彰。通过学科特点的分析,预测独特的海商海事法教育具有一定的潜力,以及专业人才有较好的前景。
The scale of the United States maritime legal education in maritime education in the professional settings is very flexible, common law case teaching methods and complete research data to ensure the success of the legal education. Maritime maritime jurisprudence knowledge is rather specialized and appears to be somewhat closed, but at the same time can not ignore the comprehensiveness of its knowledge structure and complement each other’s important legal departments. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the discipline, it is predicted that the unique maritime education of maritime law has certain potential as well as better prospect of professionals.
