1 方源与主证 源于《验方新编》的四妙勇安汤,为治疗脱疽一证而设。其方虽四味药,但组方严谨,量大力专,治疗脱疽溃烂、热毒正盛而阴血耗伤最为适宜。方中,金银花为主药,以清热解毒;玄参为辅药,以滋阴清热;佐当归,以活血和营;使甘草,以和中解毒。汉代华佗《神医秘传》中最早总结了治疗这一病的经验。笔者用四妙勇安汤加味治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎获得满意效果。
1 Fangyuan and the main certificate originated from the “Samphire New Edition” of Si Miao Yong An Tang. In Han Dynasty’s “Theological Consciousness of God”, the experience of treating this disease was firstly summarized. The authors treated the thrombotic occlusive vasculitis with Siu Miao Yong An Decoction for satisfactory results.
