<正> 为了具体落实《中国削减臭氧耗损物质国家方案》.公安部制定了《淘汰哈龙战略》,成立了“中国消防行业哈龙替代转轨工作领导小组”。我国淘汰哈龙的战略指导思想是:在保证消防安全的前提下,积极采用非哈龙保护技术,以最大限度地减少哈龙使用量;我国淘汰哈龙的技术路线是:停止非必要应用场所哈龙灭火器和灭火系统的使用;减少哈龙在生产、维修、储存、运输过程中的泄漏:加强哈龙替代项目的研究与开发,引进国外先进技术,减少国内对哈龙的依赖;实施哈龙的回收、储存与循环使用,以保证2010年以后必要场所的使用。我国
