Energy is an important material basis for the development of the national economy. Coal accounts for 70% of China’s energy mix. In order to ease the shortage of energy supply in our country and do a good job in the development of coal, it is a strategic issue to ensure the development of the national economy. In the current period of national economic readjustment, the investment power of the country is limited and coal bases must be chosen for optimal development in order to achieve rapid construction and good economic results. Shanxi coal base with a large storage, coal all, good quality, shallow buried, mining conditions are good, the geographical position of moderate and other superior conditions.
