目的建立HPLC测定消咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法采用UItimate AQ-C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.02 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,磷酸调pH2.5)(2∶98),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果 0.0424~0.318μg盐酸麻黄碱与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.87%(n=9),RSD=1.0%。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为消咳颗粒质量控制的方法之一。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoke Granules. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol.L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (containing 0.2% triethylamine and phosphoric acid adjusted to pH 2.5) (2:98) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min using a UItimate AQ-C18 column -1, detection wavelength 210 nm. Results The linear range of 0.0424-0.318μg ephedrine hydrochloride was good (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries were 96.87% (n = 9) and RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion The method used is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used as one of the methods for quality control of Xiaoke granules.
