当前世界经济全面进入后金融危机时代,由于维系到宏观经济命脉,石油石化企业的发展成败在很大程度上决定了一个国家经济运行的兴衰。“设计——采购——施工”三位一体运作的EPC模式在石化工程中广为使用,在分析石化工程总承包项目物资供应各阶段资源管理重点以及各种风险的基础上,本文针对性地提出了完善激励与约束机制、加强内部管理等对策建议。
