通过检测煤工尘肺(CWP)患者与健康对照者血清中高迁移率族蛋白Ⅰ(HMGB1)、可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体(sRAGE)的表达水平及肺通气功能,探讨HMGB1、sRAGE与肺通气功能的相关性。结果表明,CWP患者肺功能损伤类型以限制型为主,且随CWP期别的增加,肺通气功能呈进行性下降。HMGB1表达量与CWP患者肺通气功能在壹期、贰期具有一定的平行关系,叁期时表达量下降;sRAGE表达量随CWP期别的增加而升高。
To investigate the expression of HMGB1, sRAGE and the function of lung ventilation in serum of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis (CWP) patients and healthy controls, to explore the relationship between HMGB1, sRAGE and Correlation of pulmonary ventilation. The results showed that the type of pulmonary function impairment in CWP patients was dominated by restriction type. With the increase of CWP stage, pulmonary function decreased progressively. The expression of HMGB1 in CWP patients with pulmonary ventilation in the first and second phase has a certain parallel relationship, the three-phase expression decreased; sRAGE expression increased with the increase of CWP period.
