经过1998年竞争上岗的考试与考核,就我们山东省高密市农电队伍整体业务素质看,大部分村电工能够适应农电管理工作需要。但是,与农电创一流的标准相比,与新形势下农村经济发展的需求相比,还有一定的差距。笔者认为,应从以下几个方面人手加强培训工作: 1 供电站要把提高农村电工业务素质作为当前一项刻不容缓的任务来抓。思想上要进一步转变观念,克服依赖思想,打消培训工作是上级有关部门的事,与自己无关的思想,切实把提高村电工业务技术素质作为抓好农电管理的基础工程来抓。 2 注重理论与实践相结合。针对村
After the examination and assessment of competition in 1998, we can see that the overall business quality of agricultural power teams in Gaomi City, Shandong Province, is that most village electricians can adapt to the needs of rural power management. However, compared with the first-rate standards of rural electricity, there is still a certain gap compared with the demand for rural economic development under the new situation. The author believes that the training should be strengthened by the following aspects: 1 The power station should take the improvement of the quality of the rural electrician business as the current task that has no place to do.
