日前,中国核工业集团与法国阿海珐公司签下一个价值约2000亿元的“天价”核电大单,在甘肃嘉峪关金塔县建设一座年处理规模达800吨的乏燃料后处理基地。这意味着,今后运往甘肃的核废料,不仅来自国内的核电站,还很有可能来自周边国家。而国内专家对此表示,中国核废料在处理技术成熟度和安全性方面尚需论证。
Recently, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and French Areva signed a large-scale nuclear power unit worth about 200 billion yuan to build 800 tons of spent fuel after-treatment base at Jinta County, Gansu Province . This means that from now on, nuclear waste destined for Gansu will come not only from domestic nuclear power plants but also from neighboring countries. The domestic experts said that China’s nuclear waste in dealing with technology maturity and safety still need to demonstrate.
