目的分析和评价某放射治疗直线加速器工作场所及周围环境辐射卫生状况。方法选取该直线加速器最高能量的X射线,最大照射条件,检测工作场所和周围环境的辐射剂量率,估算辐射防护后的有效剂量当量。结果该直线加速器工作场所及周围环境辐射卫生防护符合国家相关标准的要求。结论该直线加速器在运行时,对放射治疗人员和机房周围公众是安全的。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the radiation health status of a radiotherapy linear accelerator in the workplace and surrounding environment. Methods The X-ray and maximum irradiation conditions of the highest energy of the linear accelerator were selected. The radiation dose rate at the workplace and the surrounding environment was measured to estimate the effective dose equivalent after radiation protection. Results The linear accelerator workplaces and the surrounding environment, radiation protection in line with national health standards meet the requirements of the relevant standards. Conclusion The linear accelerator is safe for radiotherapy staff and the public around the engine room during operation.
