目的为了进一步提高医院医疗质量和医疗技术综合管理水平。方法运用综合指数法,将10项评审指标进行归纳,计算出门诊工作效率、病房工作效率及病房工作质量综合指标,分别求得5a来综合指数。结果近5a来我院的综合指数持续上升,综合质量一年比一年好。结论运用综合指数法评价医院的综合达标水平是合理的选择。
Objective To further improve the hospital medical quality and comprehensive management of medical technology. Methods Using the comprehensive index method, the 10 evaluation indicators were summarized, and the outpatient working efficiency, ward efficiency and ward work quality were calculated, and the comprehensive index was obtained respectively. The results of nearly 5 years to our hospital’s comprehensive index continued to rise, the overall quality of a year better than a year. Conclusion It is a reasonable choice to use comprehensive index to evaluate the comprehensive compliance level of hospitals.
