以天津某水厂的紫外线消毒工程为案例,分3个水质时期(低温低浊期、常温常浊期、高温高藻期),通过对紫外透光率和过水流量的调整,比较了系统能耗的变化。结果表明,一、二期工程在3个水质时期的透光率分别为94.0%、95.0%和92.0%,三期工程在3个水质时期的透光率则分别为94.0%、95.0%和95.0%;采用实际透光率运行时平均单耗为8.22元/10~3m~3,比设定透光率运行时费用下降了27.13%;采用在线流量信号运行时平均单耗为15.97元/103m~3,比设定流量运行的费用下降了26.47%。
