青岛经济技术开发区国家税务局自成立以来,历经五年建设,现有干部职工127人,内设10个处室、分局,主要负责青岛开发区、保税区、高新技术试验区和薛家岛旅游度假区内4490户工商业户的税收征管工作。近年来,该局以组织税收收入为中心,以改革为主线,全面贯彻“法治、公平、文明、效率”的新时期治税思想,不断完善干部竞争激励机制,塑造出一支政治合格、业务过硬、纪律严明、作风优良的干部队伍。新的税收征管模式得到不断巩固和发展,税收收入稳步增长,赋税环境日趋完善,为促进开发区的改革开放、经济发展和社会稳定做出了应有的贡献。
