经三步低速离心分层提纯,使恶性体腔积液的肿瘤细胞得到了尽可能地浓集,同时结合临床和随访探讨,进一步完善诊断标准.43例恶性体腔积液的细胞染色体检查阳性率由常规法的51.2%提高到该法的90.7%,两法结果经γ~2检验(x~2=16.29,P<0.005),提示两法有显著性差异。经R带等显带分析,认为肺癌与3号染色体的短臂缺失[del(3)(p?)]有关,良性体腔积液中出现的超二倍体可能为非结核性潜在因素引起的。
The three-step low-speed centrifugation was used to purify the tumor cells of the malignant body effusion. The tumor cells were enriched as much as possible.
