A clinical data example 1, male, 70 years old, with “physical examination found that platelet significantly increased for 1 week” was admitted on April 12, 2007. No fever, night sweats, weight loss and so on. Physical examination: body temperature 36.8 ℃, superficial lymph nodes without swelling, heart, lung no abnormalities, liver, spleen rib margin did not touch. Auxiliary examination: (1) blood showed leukocytes 12.1 × 109 / L, hemoglobin 134g / L, platelet 1 848 × 109 / L, white blood cell classification is positive
