教育部颁布的《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》对幼儿园教师的反思与研究能力提出了较高的要求,同时也为我们培养适应社会发展需要的高素质学前教育专业人才指明了方向。在学前教育专业理论课教学中开展研究性学习,可以充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性。研究性学习的实施包括建立团队、选择课题、设计方案等五个步骤。研究性学习的评价重点应放在学生进行研究性学习的过程上。
The Kindergarten Teachers ’Professional Standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education put forward higher requirements for the teachers’ ability of reflection and research and also pointed out the direction for us to cultivate high-quality preschool education professionals who meet the needs of social development. Carrying out research study in preschool education theory teaching can fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of student learning. The implementation of research study includes the following five steps: establishing a team, selecting a topic and designing a program. The evaluation of research study should focus on the process of students’ research study.
