目的对肝胆外科护理应用风险管理的价值进行分析探讨。方法本院在肝胆外科应用护理风险管理,对容易出现的安全隐患的一些环节进行有效的控制,提升防范意识,并对其的效果进行分析探讨。结果护士的防范意识显著的升高了,依法实施护理自律行为明显的提高了,临床护理风险事件的发生率有了显著的下降,患者对护士的护理满意度不断的升高。在临床护理中没有发生严重的纠纷与护理差错事故。临床护理质量的各个指标都已达到了标准,收到了很好的护理效果。结论在肝胆外科中实施临床护理风险管理,能够对存在的问题进行及时的发现,并采取有效的措施来应对,以提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze and discuss the value of risk management in hepatobiliary surgery nursing. Methods The hospital in the hepatobiliary surgery nursing risk management application, the potential safety hazard in some aspects of effective control to enhance the prevention awareness, and its effects were analyzed. Results The nurses’ awareness of prevention increased significantly, and the self-discipline of nursing according to law was obviously improved. The incidence of clinical nursing risk events decreased significantly, and patient satisfaction with nurses was continuously increased. No serious disputes and nursing mistakes occurred in clinical nursing. All indicators of the quality of clinical care have reached the standard, received a good nursing results. Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing risk management in hepatobiliary surgery can timely detect the existing problems and take effective measures to deal with them so as to improve the nursing quality.
