目的探讨品管圈在提高止痛药物间换算掌握率的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,运用品管圈方法进行以“提高止痛药物间换算掌握率”的活动主题选定,拟定活动计划,现状把握,设定改进目标,进步率解析主要原因,根据主要原因拟定对策并实施,对于效果显著的措施标准化后予以推广。结果实施品管圈活动后肿瘤科全科医护人员止痛药物间换算不及格人数由活动前的20人降到7人,降幅64%,与活动前比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将品管圈活动应用到提高止痛药物间换算掌握中,提高了医护人员止痛药物间换算掌握率,以更好更实际的方式缓解了患者疼痛,提高了患者舒适度,让在癌痛中挣扎的患者看到黎明的希望,从而提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control loop on improving the conversion rate of analgesic drugs.
