近年来我国的经济建设取得了很多成就,我国的经济建设推动了我国很多城市的发展和建设,随着我国城市规模和城市人口的不断增多,城市交通的压力也变得越来越大,所以目前城市交通的建设和发展对于城市来说是至关重要的,现代化城市的生活节奏很快,而且人口众多,所以交通压力很大,而城市轨道交通的建设和发展能够有效缓解城市的交通压力,相比传统出行方式,轨道交通非常便捷和迅速,它的效率很高,不存在堵车等现象,近年来随着我国很多城市轨道交通的发展和建设我国的城市轨道交通企业也在一步步壮大起来。而目前随着我国城市对于轨道交通的要求越来越高也对我国城市轨道交通企业提出了越来越高的要求,本文就我国的城市轨道交通企业的战略管理体系进行了介绍以及相关问题的讨论和研究。
