研制了一种以可编程控制器为核心器件 ,并通过软件方式实现稳定二氧化碳焊焊接电流的5因子自调整模糊控制器 .该模糊控制器可以消除因电弧电压调节、网络电压波动、保护气体纯度 ,以及流量、焊炬高度变化等随机因素所引起的焊接电流的偏差 ,从而达到稳定焊接电流的目的 .焊接工艺实验表明 ,模糊控制器具有良好的动态特性和很好的稳定性
A 5-factor self-adjusting fuzzy controller with programmable controller as the core device and stable welding flux of carbon dioxide by software is developed.The fuzzy controller can eliminate the voltage fluctuation due to arc voltage regulation, network voltage fluctuation, gas purity , As well as the variations of welding current caused by stochastic factors such as flow rate and torch height variation, so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the welding current.Experiments show that the fuzzy controller has good dynamic characteristics and good stability
