本文介绍对锡磷青铜板带材,采用低温热处理方法,可提高材料的耐疲劳性能,且获得了明显的效果。在30kg/mm~2疲劳应力下,以每秒110周次的频率对上述材料进行拉压疲劳试验的结果表明,250℃×1小时低温热处理,是锡磷青铜耐疲劳寿命的最佳热处理条件。本文章为使用锡磷青铜制作弹性元件的生产与使用者,进一步提高其弹性性能和耐疲劳性能,提供了可靠的低温热处理方法。
This article describes the tin-phosphor bronze plate strip, the use of low-temperature heat treatment methods, can improve the material fatigue resistance, and obtained significant results. Tensile fatigue tests of the above materials at a frequency of 110 cycles per second at 30 kg / mm2 fatigue stress show that the low temperature heat treatment at 250 ° C for 1 hour is the optimum heat treatment condition for the fatigue life of tin-phosphor bronze .
