生发胶囊由制首乌、当归、肉桂3味中药组成,具有滋补肝肾、补益精髓、养血益气、乌须黑发的功效。其中大黄酚是何首乌中的主要有效成分。为了有效地控制本品质量,我们采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了该制剂中大黄酚的含量,方法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法
The hair growth capsule is made up of three Chinese herbal medicines: Radix Scutellariae, Angelica sinensis and Cinnamomum cassia. It has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney, tonic essence, nourishing qi, and black hair. Among them, chrysophanol is the main active ingredient in fleece-flower root. In order to effectively control the quality of this product, we used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to determine the content of chrysophanol in the preparation, the method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as the quality control method of the preparation.
