聚乙烯防腐保温材料是一种具有高抗压、不吸水、防潮、不透气、轻质、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、导热系数低等优异性能的环保型保温材料。环氧树脂增强聚乙烯材料的弯曲强度有较大提高。红外光谱分析表明,在熔融共混制备环氧树脂增强聚乙烯材料的过程中,环氧树脂与马来酸酐接枝PE发生了官能团之间的反应,促进环氧树脂对PE的增强效果。形态分析表明,聚乙烯中加入环氧树脂和其它助剂后,材料的内部形态结构发生了改变。
Polyethylene anti-corrosion insulation material is a kind of environment-friendly insulation material with high compressive strength, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, airtight, light weight, corrosion resistance, long service life and low thermal conductivity. The flexural strength of epoxy resin-reinforced polyethylene material has been greatly improved. Infrared spectrum analysis showed that during the process of melt-blending epoxy resin-reinforced polyethylene, the reaction of epoxy resin and maleic anhydride grafted PE occurred functional groups, and the enhancement effect of epoxy resin on PE was promoted. Morphological analysis showed that the internal morphology of the material changed after the addition of epoxy resin and other additives.
