英语是基础教育阶段的必修课程,随着课程改革的深入,新课程倡导的是在教育教学过程中促进学生语言能力的自主发展,培养自主学习、合作学习和自我探究能力。然而,我们农村的英语教学现状却不容乐观,在教学中更多的是关注语言知识的传授和语言技能的训练,忽视学生作为学习主体的因素,从而导致了不少学生在英语学习中遇到困难便产生厌学情绪,甚至放弃学习英语。在这样的背景下,运用科学的教学模式,引导并培养学生的自主学习能力,可以有效提高学生的英语能力和教师的教学效率。作为农村的英语老师在英语教学中也应该与时俱进。
English is a compulsory course in basic education. With the deepening of curriculum reform, the new curriculum promotes the independent development of students’ language ability in the process of education and teaching, and cultivates the ability of autonomous learning, cooperative learning and self-exploration. However, the current situation of English teaching in our rural areas is not optimistic. In teaching, more attention is paid to the teaching of language knowledge and the training of language skills. The neglect of students as the main body of learning leads to many students encountered in English learning Difficulties will produce tired of emotions, and even give up learning English. In this context, the use of scientific teaching model to guide and develop students’ autonomous learning ability can effectively improve students’ English proficiency and teachers’ teaching efficiency. As a rural English teacher in English teaching should also keep pace with the times.
