芦笋茎枯病侵染循环及其发病条件的研究

芦笋(石刁柏)茎枯病主要以分生孢子器和分生孢子在病株残体内越冬。上海地区该病4月上旬开始发生,平均温度在15.1℃时,潜育期为7—10天,多数5—10天内能形成繁殖器官,以分生孢子进行再次侵染。早期形成的分生孢子器能越夏,再作秋季的侵染源。该病多发生于梅雨和秋雨季节,平均气温19.8—28.6℃时为发病盛期。连续降雨或台风暴雨能加剧病害的流行;嫩茎生长期,肥料配比和用量以及土壤湿度等直接影响病害的发生和消长。 Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) stem blight mainly in the conidia and conidia overwintering in the diseased plant residues. In Shanghai, the disease started to occur in early April. When the average temperature was 15.1 ℃, the incubation period was 7-10 days. The majority of reproductive organs were formed in 5-10 days, and the conidia were re-infected. Early formation of conidia can summer, and then fall the source of infection. The disease occurred in the rainy season and autumn, the average temperature 19.8-28.6 ℃ for the peak incidence. Continuous rainfall or typhoon torrential rains can aggravate the epidemic; the growth of tender stems, the proportion of fertilizers and the amount of soil moisture and other directly affect the occurrence and decline of diseases.
