引言1972年Halliday和Miller在白细胞移动抑制试验基础上发展了一种新的细胞免疫测定方法,称为白细胞粘附抑制试验(LAI)。嗣后出现了许多方法学上的改良:如1974年Holan等的试管法;1975年Holt等的微量塑料板法;1974年Pierce和Devald的同位素法和1976年Urist等的毛细管法。我们曾采用血球计数法对肝、胃癌病人作过一些测定(葛锡锐等,1978),感到操作方法不够稳定,尤其是洗去非粘附细胞的方法不易掌握,为此研究改用一种组织培养小瓶法,此法操作比较简便,较易掌握。
Introduction 1972 Halliday and Miller developed a new cellular immunoassay based on the leukocyte migration inhibition test called leukocyte adhesion inhibition test (LAI). A number of methodological improvements ensued: the tube method of Holan et al., 1974; the microplate method of Holt et al., 1975; the isotope method of Pierce and Devald, 1974; and the capillary method, Urist et al, 1976. We have used the blood count method for liver and gastric cancer patients made some measurements (Ge Xiurui et al., 1978), feel the method of operation is not stable enough, especially the method of washing away non-adherent cells is not easy to grasp, for this study switch to a tissue culture Vial method, this method is relatively easy to operate, easier to grasp.
