近年来千山风景区旅游接待量逐年增加,同时在旅游服务质量上的问题却日益凸显。本文采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法,对千山风景区的旅游服务质量进行深入地实证调查,并在统计分析的基础上指出旅游服务质量存在问题及其关键因素,并提出千山风景区旅游服务质量提升的实现途径。
In recent years, Qianshan Scenic Area tourist reception increased year by year, while the quality of travel services has become increasingly prominent issue. Based on the statistical analysis, this paper points out the existing problems of tourism service quality and its key factors, and puts forward the theory of Qianshan Scenic Spot Ways to Realize the Improvement of Tourism Service Quality.
