为进一步提高小区育种试验机械化水平,降低育种试验期间人工劳动强度,研制了一种可以定量调节行距和种子粒距的小区育种精量播种机,该机以插装式排种器为核心,可一次性完成侧深施肥、精量播种、覆土、镇压等作业。田间试验结果表明:在作业速度3.6,4.5,5.4 km·h-1的情况下,粒距合格指数、重播指数、漏播指数、变异系数均能达到《中耕作物精密播种机产品质量分等》标准中关于优等品的要求。并通过优化处理得出,在理论粒距7.5 cm,车速3.6 km·h-1条件下播种效果最佳。
In order to further improve the mechanization level of community breeding test and reduce the labor intensity during the breeding experiment, a plot breeding precision sowing machine which can adjust the row spacing and the seed particle distance quantitatively was developed. Complete the one-time deep fertilization, precision sowing, casing, repression and other operations. The results of field experiments showed that grain space pass index, replay index, leakage index and coefficient of variation all reached the level of “Product Quality Classification of Precision Seeder for Cultivation Crops” under operating speed of 3.6, 4.5 and 5.4 km · h-1 "Standard on the superior product requirements. Through optimization, the best sowing effect is obtained under the theoretical grain distance of 7.5 cm and vehicle speed of 3.6 km · h-1.
