未来企业的竞争是企业学习能力的竞争 “系统思考”将引导一条新路,使人由看片断到看整体,从对现状作被动反应,转为创造未来,产生以小搏大的力量。 在过去,低廉的天然资源是一个国家经济发展的关键,而传统的管理系统也是被设计用来开发这些资源。然而,这样的时代正离我们远去,发挥人们的创造力现在已经成为管理努力的重心。 学习是一个终身的过程。你永远不能说:“我们已经是一个学习型组织”,学得愈多,愈觉察到自己的无知。因而,一家公司不可能达到永恒的卓越,它必须不断学习,以求精进。
Future competition in the enterprise is the competition for the learning ability of enterprises. “System thinking” will guide a new path, allowing people to look at the whole picture from a piecemeal perspective and from a passive reaction to the status quo to a future with small force. In the past, cheap natural resources were the key to a country's economic development, and traditional management systems were also designed to exploit those resources. However, such an era is moving away from us and giving full play to people's creativity has now become the focus of management efforts. Learning is a lifelong process. You can never say, “We are already a learning organization.” The more we learn, the more we perceive our ignorance. Thus, a company can not achieve eternal excellence, it must continue to learn in order to refine.
