党的十七大报告指出"加强和改进金融监管,防范和化解金融风险",科学地进行金融监管,保持金融稳定,促进经济良性发展.在全球金融市场一体化进程中,我国金融监管制度要符合现代金融市场的发展趋势,构建完善的金融法律体系,树立全新的监管理念,我国金融监管立法作为金融监管制度的重要组成部分,既要有效防范金融风险,又要避免阻碍经济发展.本文通过现代金融监管法的基本原则的分析,现行金融监管体制面临的主要的主要挑战及完善金融监管制度的措施的分析,了解当代金融监管的现状,以确保我国金融市场稳定健康发展.
