多巴酚丁胺是一种人工合成的儿茶酚胺制剂,可直接兴奋B_1-肾上腺素能受体,能增加心肌收缩力,增加心排血量,从而改善心功能。本文对19例心力衰竭患者静点多巴酚丁胺(溶于50%GS 500ml中),剂量为2.5μg/kg/min,每日一剂,5天为一疗程。心衰患者中高血压病伴泵衰竭2例、扩张性心肌病2例、冠心病(心力衰竭)8例、慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病6例、风湿性心脏病(二尖瓣双病变)1例。心衰史均>3个月。于给药前后用SF-Ⅱ心功能检测仪(西安深秦公司生产),测定LVET、ICT、PEP、PEP/LVET、ICT/LVET等各项指标。结果显示多巴酚丁胺治疗后HR、PEP、ICT均降低;PVET和EF升高;PEP/LVET和ICT/LVET比值降低,
Dobutamine is a synthetic catecholamine preparation that directly excites B 1 -adrenoceptors, increases myocardial contractility, increases cardiac output, and improves cardiac function.
