我科自1953年至1975年6月共手术治疗颅内动脉瘤54例(这组病例不包括海绵窦内动静脉瘘)。其中10例曾在1961年中华外科杂志九卷3期报导过。本组54例中共有3例各有2个动脉瘤,其中1例位于同侧,2例位于异侧。后者都进行两次手术,故共行56次手术。术后11例死亡,手术死亡率为19.6%。43例生存的病例中有37例(87%)曾作了远期随访。本文概要介绍本组病例远期随访的结果,并对颅内动脉瘤的各种手术治疗进行评价。
54 cases of intracranial aneurysms were treated surgically in our department from 1953 to June 1975 (this group does not include cavernous sinus arteriovenous fistula). Ten of them were reported in the 1961 Chinese Journal of Surgery, Volume 9, Issue 3. In this group of 54 patients, there were 3 aneurysms in each of 3 cases, of which 1 was on the ipsilateral side and 2 was on the opposite side. The latter two operations, so a total of 56 operations. Eleven patients died after operation, and the operative mortality rate was 19.6%. Thirty-seven (87%) of the 43 survivors had long-term follow-up. This article presents an overview of the long-term follow-up of this group of patients, and evaluation of various surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
