自《新疆人大》创刊以来,我一直负责刊物的征订发行工作。从这些年《新疆人大》办刊情况看,无论是理论研究方面,还是指导工作实践方面,刊物的总体质量逐年有所提高,具有人大特色,已成为自治区人大与基层人大工作联系和交流信息的一个重要渠道和桥梁。我们轮台县人大十分重视《新疆人大》杂志的征订工作,在经费十分紧张的情况下,仍坚持做到为人大常委会主任、副主任、县委和政府主要领导及各乡镇人大主席团各订1份。使《新疆人大》为宣传人民代表大会制度,指导基层人大工作发挥了作用。
