Objective: To assess the effect of FIFA 11+ combined with short-term vibration training on Response Intensity Index (RSI) and 505 agility test results. METHODS: A total of 74 male college football players participated in this study and were randomly divided into three groups: FIFA 11+ combined with short-term vibration (WBV), FIFA 11+ combined with FIFA + IS and FIFA 11+ ). With FIFA 11+ as a warm-up exercise, all participants participated. Short-term vibration group warm immediately after the horse to step down to accept 30 seconds of body vibration, horse step squat immediately after warm-up squat for 30 seconds. Results: Compared with the squat and control group, the short-term vibration group showed a significant increase (p <0.001) before and after the intervention due to the decrease of contact time, but the results of the 505 sensitivity test were not affected. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate that WBV FIFA 11+ increases short-term vibration training after warm-up to promote neuromuscular response and thus enhances response index. Future research should explore the exact mechanism underlying this facilitation role in other populations and at different stages of time.
