我们青州市委办公室积极适应改革开放和发展市场经济的要求,狠抓自身三大建设,使办公室工作水平得到了较大提高。一、抓思想作风建设,增强整体素质实践证明,做好办公室工作,必须有一支高素质的工作队伍。对此,我们在认真抓好日常工作的同时,十分注意加强自身建设,着力在提高办公室人员素质上下功夫。
