安全生产是企业永恒的主题,安全行为文化已成为企业文化的重要组成部分,安全行为文化建设更是安全行为文化的核心内容,并起着越来越重要的作用。本文详细介绍了山西焦煤霍州煤电集团吕梁山煤电有限公司木瓜煤矿对安全行为文化建设的实践过程,包括实践经验及实践启示,形成了以“推行安全军事化管理、员工‘手指口述’工作法、从严规范‘安全管理、业务保安、员工操作’三种行为、员工文明礼仪、爱心传播工程等为抓手的特色安全行为品牌文化,为矿井”安全、高效、和谐“发展提供了源源不竭的文化动力。
