在氮镉交互作用下,采用3种(双氰胺、石灰和有机肥)土壤改良剂,以番茄的品质和番茄中累积的硝酸盐和镉为研究对象进行了大田研究。研究结果表明:3种改良剂均能提高番茄干物质、葡萄糖和蔗糖的含量,但却降低了可溶性糖的含量;施用石灰显著降低了蛋白质和柠檬酸的含量,其它两个处理则相反;施用双氰胺显著降低维生素C的含量,而施用石灰和有机肥则显著提高了维生素C的含量;施用双氰胺和石灰能显著降低番茄果实中硝酸盐和镉的累积,施用有机肥则相反。
Under the interaction of nitrogen and cadmium, three kinds of soil conditioner (dicyandiamide, lime and organic fertilizer) were used to study the quality of tomato and the accumulation of nitrate and cadmium in tomato field. The results showed that all the three improvers could increase the content of dry matter, glucose and sucrose, but decreased the content of soluble sugar. The application of lime significantly reduced the content of protein and citric acid, but the other two treatments were reversed. Dicyandiamide significantly reduced the content of vitamin C, while the application of lime and organic fertilizer significantly increased the content of vitamin C. The dicyandiamide and lime application significantly reduced the accumulation of nitrate and cadmium in tomato fruits, while the application of organic fertilizer was the opposite.
