按照国际标准组织推荐的拖车式近距离现场测试(CPXT)法,利用交通运输部公路科学研究院研制的配重式轮胎-路面噪音检测拖车,分别对橡胶沥青路面和SBS改性沥青玛蹄脂碎石路面进行轮胎-路面噪音检测。同时,利用Superpave简单性能试验机测量了2种类型路面材料在不同温度和荷载作用频率下的动态模量和相位角。结果表明:橡胶沥青路面与SBS改性沥青玛蹄脂碎石路面相比,噪音频谱的峰值集中范围由1 000~6 000Hz向低频方向800~5 000Hz移动;橡胶沥青混凝土优良的弹性性能是降低轮胎-路面噪音的主要原因。研究结论可为橡胶沥青路面的降噪机理研究、轮胎-路面噪音评价提供有益借鉴和参考。
According to the trailer field test (CPXT) recommended by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the counterweight tire-pavement noise detection trailer developed by the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications was used to test the rubber asphalt pavement and SBS modified asphalt mastic Gravel road tire - road noise detection. At the same time, the dynamic modulus and phase angle of two kinds of pavement materials under different temperature and load frequency were measured by Superpave simple performance testing machine. The results show that the peak range of the noise spectrum shifts from 1 000 to 6 000 Hz to 800 to 5 000 Hz in the low-frequency direction compared with the asphalt pavement of SBS-modified asphalt pavement. The excellent elastic properties of rubber asphalt concrete decrease Tire - the main reason for road noise. The conclusion can provide a useful reference for the research on noise reduction mechanism of rubber asphalt pavement and tire-road noise evaluation.
