本发明属于建筑领域,具体涉及一种适用于高强自应力钢管混凝土的高效复合膨胀剂及其制备方法。所述高效复合膨胀剂各组分按质量百分比计为:轻烧氧化镁22%~40%,活性氧化钙12%~25%,煅烧白云石6%~14%,硫铝酸盐水泥熟料18%~30%,天然石膏12%~18%和改性海泡石粉2%~6%。本发明通过不同组分水化膨胀特性的设计,制备得到膨胀性能与高强混凝土强度协调发展,膨胀效能高、水化需水少、膨胀开始时间早,膨胀性能稳定的高效复合膨胀剂,并通过引入养护材料,解决钢管封闭条件下养护困难,膨胀剂和混凝土水化需水难以供给的问题,适用于钢管封闭条件下的高强自应力混凝土的配制。
