应用免疫组织化学法进行动情周期和妊娠期BDF_1雌性小鼠子宫内膜增殖细胞核抗原(proliferatingcellnuclearantigen,PCNA)的染色反应。根据对不同时期子宫内膜各部位细胞增殖情况的观察,发现在动情期PCNA标记细胞数量最多,约占子宫内膜细胞总数的21.8%,并主要分布在子宫表面上皮中,约占表面上皮总数的60%。动情间期可见PCNA标记细胞的再次轻度增高,约占子宫内膜总数的9.4%,也主要分布在子宫表面上皮中,约占26%。妊娠期PCNA标记细胞主要以蜕膜上部为多,同时发现妊娠第9dPCNA标记细胞数量最多,约占细胞总数的14%。
The staining reaction of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in estrous cycle and gestational BDF_1 female mice was detected by immunohistochemistry. According to the observation of cell proliferation in different parts of endometrium in different periods, it was found that the number of PCNA-labeled cells in estrus was the largest, accounting for 21.8% of the total number of endometrial cells, and mainly distributed in the uterine surface epithelium, accounting for about the surface 60% of the total epithelium. During the estrus period, PCNA-labeled cells were again slightly increased, accounting for 9.4% of the total number of endometrium, which was also mainly distributed in the uterine surface epithelium, accounting for about 26%. PCNA labeled cells in pregnancy mainly in the upper decidua as much, also found that the 9th day of pregnancy, the largest number of PCNA labeled cells, accounting for about 14% of the total number of cells.
