随着国民经济的快速发展,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,其中,人才竞争尤为重要。国有企业管理体制的改革,带来了人力资源管理方式的深刻变化,突出特征就是越来越重视“以人为本”理念的运用。本文对新时期背景下国有企业推行“以人为本”人力资源管理的必要性进行探究,论述了基于“以人为本”理念的人力资源管理措施符合国有企业管理需要。
With the rapid development of the national economy, the competition among enterprises is also getting fiercer and fiercer. Talent competition is of particular importance. The reform of the state-owned enterprise management system has brought about profound changes in the way of human resources management. The prominent feature is the increasing emphasis on the application of the “people-oriented” concept. This paper probes into the necessity of implementing “humanist” human resources management of state-owned enterprises in the new era, and discusses that the human resources management measures based on the concept of “people-oriented” are in line with the management needs of state-owned enterprises.
