企业办中小学是我国历史发展和国情所致，解决企业办中小学问题也是我国历史发展的需要。企业子弟中小学有其辉煌的历史，也有今天的现实作用。解决企业办中小学问题必须本着负责的态度，采取诸如移交、撤校合并、联合办学、民办公助、租赁承包等多种形式进行。
The establishment of primary and secondary schools by enterprises is caused by the historical development of our country and our national conditions. It is also the need of the historical development of our country to solve the problems of enterprises running primary and secondary schools. Primary and secondary schools have their own glorious history, but also today’s real role. To solve the problem of primary and secondary schools, we must adopt responsible attitude and take various forms such as transfer, removal of a school, joint education, private help, and lease contract.
