目的观察全子宫切除术后实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选择我院妇科行全子宫切除术治疗的60例患者为对象,随机分为甲乙两组各30例,分别予以常规护理和综合护理干预,对比两组手术护理后并发症发生率及患者护理满意度。结果乙组术后并发症发生率(6.7%)比甲组(23.3%)低,乙组护理满意度(100%)高于甲组(83.3%),两组对比P<0.05。结论全子宫切除术后实施综合护理干预可帮助患者术后尽快恢复健康,降低并发症发生率,并提高护理工作满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after hysterectomy. Methods 60 cases of gynecological hysterectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases, respectively. The routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were compared. The incidence of postoperative complications and patient care Satisfaction. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in group B (6.7%) was lower than that in group A (23.3%). The satisfaction rate in group B was 100% higher than that in group A (83.3%), P <0.05. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention after total hysterectomy can help patients to recover as soon as possible after surgery, reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
