由于流加工艺过程的过程参数具有时变性，采用常规的PID控制算法不能获得理想的效果。该文讨论了在流加工艺过程中的一种简单自适应控制算法，它根据过程模型，并在一套DCS系统中实现，运行结果表明，这种控制其法是很有效的。
Due to the time-varying process parameters of the flow process, the conventional PID control algorithm can not achieve the desired results. This paper discusses a simple adaptive control algorithm in the flow process, which is based on the process model and implemented in a DCS system. The results show that this method is very effective.
