采用三维有限元法模拟了双辊铸轧不锈钢过程的流热耦合问题,分析了铸轧速度以及浇铸温度对熔池内流场、温度场的影响,给出了凝固过程中熔池与铸轧辊之间的热流密度变化趋势及凝固终了位置随浇铸温度的变化规律.模拟结果与实验数据比较吻合.
The three-dimensional finite element method was used to simulate the flow-heat coupling problem in the twin-roll casting stainless steel process. The effects of casting speed and casting temperature on the flow field and temperature field in the melt pool were analyzed. Between the heat flux density trends and the final position of solidification with the casting temperature changes. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
