用农药毒鱼,是法律明令禁止的。不光是红江村的村民们闻到圆角塘散发的腐臭,心中有说不出的滋味;闻不到死鱼臭味的读者心情也会很复杂,因为他们嗅到了极少数农村基层干部身上那腐败的气息。此案案值不大,但影响极坏。如果是个把顽童恶少、不法之徒做下这等坏事,人们还能以平常心看待;可事出在村干部身上,还有那为讨好村干部不惜以身试法的人,这就深深地伤了百姓的心。由此,人们不得不反问一句,这等为满足口腹之欲而不择手段的村干部,有带领村民发家致富的心思和本事吗?是村民们自个儿举手选的吗?
