第四冶炼厂为处理铅鼓风炉副产品铅冰铜(铜铅锍),采取了图示流程在反射炉内进行富集铜的熔炼。炉料的配料比为:铅冰铜:炭酸钠:焦炭=100:6~8:1;炉料粒度控制为:铅冰铜<250毫米,焦炭<50毫米;熔炼是在炉膛面积为6.2米~2,熔池深575毫米,由炉顶进料,重油加热的反射炉内进行的。熔炼阶段炉膛高温区炉气温度为1300~1400℃,炉尾末端炉气温度为1050~1150℃,炉尾负压为4~6毫米水柱。熔炼的原料和产品的主要化学成分如下表所示:
